That’s normal when you clean into the refrigerator on baking rolls. This is condensation water which settles in the packaging and then naturally softens the rolls. Baking rolls do not have to be put in the refrigerator that you can just put in your kitchen cabinet and do not have to be cooled before baking. The only exception is TK and they belong to the TK.

Normal can you eat. They look great:-) The additives extend inside anyway, and MHD is clear what it is called. Quality guarantee at least until the pckg is undamaged condensation water is created by its own moisture and temperature difference

Normal addition-free baker rolls can be left in plastic uncooled 1 day. Be soft and slightly dry. More often done

Lightly moisten or cup of water in the oven gives great crunch and inside it becomes soft/fluffy.

Goods in the freezer, are frozen, you have bought them and done them in the refrigerator, they have been melted and “wet”…

What is hard to understand? …

Yes is still edible
