eServices Employment Agency?

Hello everyone,

I am required to provide the agency with copies of documents confirming that I have successfully completed my training.

Now I would like to do this via eServices because it is faster.

The agency is also becoming increasingly digital. My last appointment a few days ago was also digital.

The request to send my documents presumably came from the benefits department. Unfortunately, there's no contact person listed.

My agent said I could always contact her. Could I now text her, attach the documents, and she would forward them to the right person?

Otherwise, I'd have to go to the agency and hand it over to reception so they can forward it. Unfortunately, there's no direct access to the benefits department.

So what is transferred directly into a copy, so it is also excluded that in retrospect, “the documents are not available” ☝️

Especially eService or delivery at the reception protects the questioner from this matter of the authority.

This doesn’t make any difference whether you’re entering it with the service department or with the brokerage mailbox.

At the end, the documents will be forwarded to the correct department.

As a rule, if it concerns documents to check your claim, then to the power department, otherwise to the switching.

You can log in with your access data via the BA-mobil app and then send or submit the document.

Simply select and send documents to submit request. If it is incorrectly assigned, it will be automatically forwarded to the correct person.
