Hello, my colleague and I bought an e-scooter, the exact same one, on the same day. It says online that it has a range of 15km and a top speed of 20km/h. My e-scooter has a maximum range of 8km and his has a top speed of over 15km. My e-scooter goes 30km and his goes 20km/h. How does that work? I pressed a key combination and I have the e-scooter (see pictures).
