Wenn du es doch besser weißt wieso fragst du dann.
ich kenne Mich mit der Thematik mehr als nur gut aus. Die Scooter dürfen nur 20 fahren 22 km/h ist das zulässigste und wenn der Hersteller 40km angibt sind das in Realität nur 25-30 km also ich glaube das du gar keine Ahnung hast also Klappe halten und zuhören.
