The problem is the usual: prefabricated medicinal products such as escitalopram are systematically examined for interactions with other prefabricated medicinal products and in the (mostly) legal psychoactive substances (e.g. alcohol). An investigation of (in most countries) illegal substances (such as THC or cannabis) does not take place.

Consequently, you need to rely on the experience reports of other users, which do not even meet the criteria of a medical study in the approach.

Another question is whether the ciffs do good as such. Escitalopram will not have been prescribed by fun. The drug is primarily approved for the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders. Cannabis/THC can (not have to) increase these symptoms.

Should not be a recommendation, but THC is not known to release particularly much serotonin. In alcohol, I know it’s not a problem, dangerous would be LSD or MDMA.

LSD wouldn’t be dangerous. I think MDMA is more moderate.

A reliable answer to this can only be given to the prescribed doctor.
