It sounds very strange and I couldn't believe it either 😅?

Short story

Today I was sitting in the car with my friend. We had a very long drive and had to take turns driving.

After a while my friend complained about severe stomach pains which were unbearable. The good thing was that I was driving at the time.

Anyway, he couldn't stand it any longer and he started to convulse. At that moment you had a short shock because you don't have a hospital on the way.

Anyway, I thought it must be diarrhea. We stopped at the next rest stop and he went to the toilet.

He came back and told me on the way that he noticed that his stool had dried after going to the toilet 😟😂

I could not imagine that because I had never cooked it, but he really said that when he got up, strong white smoke came up above his stool.

After that everything was fine and we finally got home. Suddenly he had to go to the toilet again and noticed that his buttocks were burning strangely at the anus. He felt it and noticed that his anus was swollen like a small ball. When he felt it, he said it didn't hurt but he felt the swelling strongly as if it was made of rubber.

Anyway, I thought he should take a shower and rinse himself with warm water

He then told me that the swelling suddenly went down completely due to the warm shower and the water

But the big question is why does a human stool smoke and fumes even though I have only seen it on a farm in winter with horses and cows?

And the second question is why did he have such a strange rubbery anus swelling?

Has anyone ever had this? Is it normal?
