Erziehungsberechtigte Schule und Behörden?

Hallo zusammen,

No. Only the family court can decide. If the parents are no longer there or in a clinic for a long time.

Maybe, but still it must be officially displayed and approved.

I think I have to be given an education order by a court. If you could easily transfer custody, then human trafficking would have opened the door and gate.

With such a question, I would go to a lawyer representing family law.

In certain situations it is possible to transfer individual rights, but it is impossible to generally grant the right of education to others, for example older siblings. If your child lives with nursing parents, they can get a part of the rights transferred by court or by the authorities, even in the case of a guardianship.

In this generality, I think it is difficult to ask at the offices, not in a forum.

I would formulate it in this way: “In view of the school concerns of our daughter Monika Mustermann, we leave parents, Lord and wife… to represent us by our adult children (names) in the case of our absence.” Date, signatures

If the school recognizes this, you don’t have to drive much more effort. If the power of attorney is not acknowledged, an application is made, or if one obtains the consent from the family court, which probably brings longer waiting time.
