educator training?

Hey, I've often seen that there are different training programs for educators. What's the name of the training where you do a SEJ in a facility in the first year, only in school in the second and third years, and also in a facility in the fourth year? That would be my first question.

My second question would be: after training as a kindergarten teacher, is it the same as having a vocational high school diploma or a bachelor's degree?
