Disability pension. Who knows about it?
From 1988 to 2023, I worked continuously (without parental leave), which means I have a decent amount of disability pension on my pension statement, but I don't know if I'll actually get anything useful out of it. My illness is incurable, and my doctor strongly advises me to apply for one. I should simply stop working. Except for a maximum of three hours on the side if I can't stand it.
It would be great if someone here has experience or knows someone who knows.
Whether you can make a living from it is the most important question. Thank you!
The amount on your last pension information is a realistic approach and will not be lower (more than a little higher).
But be careful, there are still about 11% for health insurance and nursing insurance. A possible tax liability for high pension entitlements could also occur.
My tip:
Apply a rehab (best while you’re written AU) and talk to the rehearsals about your diagnosis and workload. If the pension insurance recommends an EM pension, you have the best cards.
Thank you. In the Google there are no snowy computers for this….
I’d rather leave me sick as long as possible at your place, and then you might be able to retire free of charge.
The 78 weeks in 3 years are soon used up. And I’d have to work for over 10 years until the regular pension.
And there’s no job you can do? Is that a neurological or vascular disease?
If you want Alg in the course of suspicion, you will be asked to rehab or pension request. Did I work daily
Okay; I know differently, but these are only experiences in the direct environment! There was no EM application and a rehabilitation case was discontinued.
The Agency shall pay only if an EM application is made immediately. Otherwise there is no Alg1 at AU
The KK points to this and to the application. That’s right, it’s not “of self”! The EM application may be necessary depending on the decision of the medical service.
You don’t get Alg1 automatically! It must be applied. And in the course of nearness, it is a duty to make an EM request!
Really? That would be brilliant. I have to hook up.
Pension apply other rules! These are officials and no employees!
BTW: With MS you can’t drive….
I know about someone who had 4. heart attack and he’s practically written down to the pension. It seems to be going. Neurological diseases are difficult to estimate. MS can be well treated, there are people who are still going to make up. You always find a driver’s job, but I don’t know how resilient you are.
If you’re still AU at the end of the sick pay, you’ll be automatically ALG1 and that’ll be up to a year.
Neurological. I want to work! My doctor says it’s not good right now because it’s all worse. Maybe in. 1 year again, but who knows. I want to do a half-day job next to the EM-Rente.
