For the first time, the principle “Start low and go slow!”
This means that only one, take a maximum of two trains and then wait about 20-30 minutes for the “peak level”. This is the time of the strongest effect of cannabis.
With one, two trains you can reach a sufficient high as a beginner, which you can still control well. If you draw too often, undesirable side effects occur within a few minutes, because you are so to speak active ingredient overdosed. The Volksmund speaks of “bad trip”.

Depends on how much you smoke, but you can usually pull yourself together to talk to someone normal or look normal. For the first time, 3-4 trains on the joint would actually be enough to get high enough.
