Driving on the highway alone for the first time?
Hi,
I wanted to take the highway because it's faster. The problem is that I haven't done it alone before, and it's dark in the evenings. Is something like that very difficult? This is my first time driving this route and I don't know if I'm up to it…
I don’t understand the problem.
During the day, motorway is much easier than city traffic or narrow roads. I’m sure you noticed on the highways in the driving school.
At night, the whole thing is even easier because there is nothing to see all around that distracts you from traffic.
I hope traffic rules are well known. In the night are practically the same as during the day.
Yes, but I was just driving on the highway at that time. Now I’m driving
Oh, if you’re on the highway, that doesn’t make any difference. One is in the highest gear, puts the left foot aside and no longer thinks of switching.
When you start up, you have to think not to switch relatively early, as in the “mooth acceleration”, but to drive the gears up to just before the red speed range, so that the motor pulls properly.
But that’s about difficulty.
So if you don’t feel safe; then wait until Sunday morning.
Then there is little traffic and also only trucks that are on the move with an exception – so as well as no one.
And then you practice by driving the next exit out again, then back in.
Always look nicely into the left outside mirror before you – after your shoulder view – drive from the acceleration strip to the track. Don’t forget to flash.
Good ride

Drive as you learned in the driving school. But I wouldn’t drive in the dark for the first time.
always keep on the right track and adjust to the speed of others, then it works
Why don’t you go in the light first?
