Much protein and healthy fats (nuts, seeds etc.). Carbs are easy to reduce, but do not leave completely.

KFA = body fat proportion.

To make the lower, but not lose weight, is the only choice to build muscle, as muscle mass is quite dense and therefore also weighs well. So you can increase weight due to muscle buildup and body fat loss due to a calorie deficit.
