Ergebnis Einstellungstest?
Hab vorhin einen Einstellungstest Online machen müssen und da steht jetzt als Ergebnis 50%.
Allerdings kann da doch gar nicht alles überprüft worden sein, weil es viele Fragen gab, wo man manuell etwas eingeben muss (also kein Multiple Choice, sondern selbst formulieren).
Wird das ganze also noch überprüft oder funktioniert das irgendwie und das ist mein gesamtes Ergebnis? Denn eine Auswertung hab ich dort noch nicht (also ob bestanden oder nicht)

50% is just “sufficient” so not particularly good. As far as I know, employers expect ca. 70 % at least if they hire someone for training. The apprentice should also attend the vocational school and pass the final examination. A minimum of math, German, possibly also English skills are required. In technical professions also physics and chemistry.
Yeah, that’s right. However, I suspect that not all the questions were evaluated, because there were many with free texts where you had to formulate something yourself. I suspect that the whole thing is checked again. But look
50% is probably for the first time for the tasks that do not have to be specifically evaluated. Is there any way to see if there is a separate message?
So there was always when I gave the tasks that the tasks are “transmitted” or “transmitted”. Think that this is not yet the final result
Free text fields can now be easily read out by machine.
Maybe the 50% will only apply to the MC Choices, we don’t know what a test was.
