Once they are cut small, you should use food quickly. In this state, they are exposed to a lot of light and air, and the vitamins still depress shortly before their big appearance. A few drops of lemon juice can limit the damage here.

Vitamin loss is insignificant. Worse is the chopped strawberries after a few hours!

Yeah, not too close. Fruits and vegetables lose a lot of vitamins from day to day, but cut the day before they lose a lot.

The strawberry is a fruit you should wash and consume.

The vitamins are not lost when you prepare them and leave them standing, but the longer they stand they become unsightly.
