Epson printer color not working?

Hi, I have a question. I've been trying to print something in color for a while, but unfortunately, no color is coming out. Or rather, it's either black and white or pink (for whatever reason). Five out of six members have an iPhone, and none of them are getting any color. My father, on the other hand, has a Samsung phone, and everything works perfectly for him. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it the iPhone's fault?
