Epic Games Launch?

Good morning

I recently copied my Epic Games Launcher to my second SSD, but I didn't realize I'd been playing on the first one the whole time. Now I wanted to update, but it said I didn't have enough storage space because the first one was pretty full. I then deleted Epic Games from the first one because I have it on the second one, but how do I start Epic Games from the second one? Because it's also gone from the desktop. So, how do I start the launcher?
