Inflammation in the mouth – what can you take?
Hello, I'm back from the dentist. I have inflammation and bad gums, so they're starting to recede a bit. I've now been given a soft toothbrush, hydrogen peroxide, Elmex gel, and interdental brushes. Is there anything else I can take, or what vitamins would be good for this?
Probably you have a so-called overacidification in the body. Get base powder or even simple base tablets in the pharmacy. Or buy base baths, so powder for bathing water.
Where’s that overacidification coming from? And can I take that without knowing exactly what I need?
Wrong diet, stress, other causes.
And yes, you can’t do any harm in the usual dosage.
You have everything you need.
A generally vitamin-rich diet is never wrong.
