Do flavored coffee capsules contain sugar or calories?
I'm wondering if flavored coffee capsules (vanilla, caramel, nocciola) and whatever else there is contain sugar or calories?
I am interested in the following capsules
Nespresso Pro, “Cafe Vanilio” e.g.

The nutritional values only state:
"contains small amounts of energy"
What does "a small amount of energy" mean?
Are we talking about 0-10kcal, 10-50kcal or even more?
Does anyone know anything about this?

1,5 kcal pro Tasse. Regulärer Kaffee an sich hat 1.
Fällt also praktisch nicht ins Gewicht da die Verarbeitung von Getränken den Körper auch Energie kostet. Rechnerisch dann 0,5 kcal für den.
Kein Vergleich zu z.B. Starbucks-Flavours. Die ballern richtig rein, Zuckershocking
Ja… mir ist klar, sobald “Milchpulver” etc. Enthalten ist, wie zb. Die “Dolce Gusto au lait” kapseln, sind auch mehr kalorien drin. Da werden aber dann auch jeweils die “Nährwerte” angegeben auf der Verpackung. Deshalb war ich unsicher bei den aromstisoerten Kapseln hier.
Junge das steht auch bei google, aber anscheinend kannst du das nicht also habe ich gegoogelt und nespresso aromatisierter kaffee hat pro tasse 1,5 kcal
Danke dir für die Antwort, aber wieso in diesem Ton? Das ist ja mal ein empfang hier. Ich habe gegoogelt und nichts konkretes dazu gefunden
das bedeutet das die Mengen so geringfügig sind das man sich darüber keine Gedanken machen muss.
