Entered the wrong name when ordering?
Hello, I placed my order and had it delivered to a Hermes parcel shop. However, I accidentally entered the wrong name on my order, which is why I can't pick up my parcel with my ID. What should I do now to pick up my parcel? I ordered from Zalando and don't know where to contact them.
Then print the shipping confirmation and possibly the shipment tracking for Hermes and take it to the shop. As a rule, such evidence is sufficient to identify you as a parcel owner. It is rarely asked for an ID card. If all this does not help then you will have to wait for the storage period, this is 10 days. After that, the shipment goes back to the sender, with which you have already been in contact with and resolved the matter by then.

In any way, you should contact Zalando, hopefully you have at least one order confirmation and above all an order number, because otherwise you will not be able to help you. First of all, the thing has to be clarified with the wrong name so that this will no longer happen in the future.
And as I already wrote; Hermes has a retention period of 10 days! After that, the shipment usually goes back to the sender. In individual cases, however, this can take longer, but does not have to.

This is quite possible via the contact form, look at my previous comment. I understand, I'm not a fan of calling with the support. You seem to need a customer account and you'll have it if you order something? If that doesn't help, write an email to your order number once impressum@zalando.de .
