Enough salary?

Hello everyone,

I have been training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk since August 1st.

My colleague at work said that after two salary negotiations, he earns €3,100 gross. Since then, I've been wondering if that's enough to live on or if I could even finance a house with it, for example, since that's what I want.
Does anyone have experience with this?

And how best to proceed in a salary negotiation. I've already been told that I can request one after I get a permanent contract.

Thanks in advance

No this is only possible for the least

A new building currently cost about 500,000€, At 4.7% interest and a tilt rate of 2% you have to pay about 2800€ monthly rate and for 25-30 years.

That means without own capital, you should earn your partner about 9300€ gross to do this to you.

The more it saves, of course, the less it is, but in the case of low income, it is logical to save only a little

The fewest people today are able to finance a HOUSE. You wouldn’t win a country with almost no job, even if you were going to pay € 4000.

You’ve been azubis for a few days. Look, you’re finishing the training, then you can think about wage negotiations.

This depends on industry, region, professional experience and responsibility. As a professional entry, 3100 brutto is not bad. In Munich it becomes impossible to finance a house, in Finsterwalde you can live very well.
