Enforcement security payment?

Good day,

What happens to a security deposit that is paid to the court in the form of a bank transfer and arrives too late (after the auction) ?

Will this still be automatically transferred back?

best regards

Will this be automatically rejected?

No, they'll keep them and fight the next business trip… A joke.

Yes, you'll get back from your office (so "automatically"). When auctioning, you can't use it because not your proof of dispatch, but the internal proof of payment via the entrance to the court.

"Man" doesn't get it. It goes to the legal guard who carries out the forced auction. I usually hand over 14 days before the appointment and call immediately before the appointment at the office and ask if the security has been received, which has always been confirmed.
