for the year 2022 an income tax declaration is issued, the tax authority shall check whether there is a claim for the EPP. Workers who have not yet received their EPP from the employer will also receive them on the basis of their information on the issue of an income tax statement for 2022. A special request is not required. In addition to income tax, EPP is then fixed in the tax decision.
