Must it be 6.2″? The display size doesn’t necessarily say what about the size of the phone.
A pixel 9 and 9 Pro have 6.3″, which is only a difference of 2-3mm in the diagonal. The phones themselves are not larger than a pixel 8a with 6.2″ because they have less thick edge around the screen.

Look at the Google Pixel devices, as there are the “a” devices these are somewhat more negative from the performance/primary mid-range phones as high end and dadurhc also usually somewhat smaller than the normal pixel phones.
In any case, it’s rather difficult because most of them are 6,5-6,8″ and they’re just the means and beginners’ classes. From cheap China mobile phones, I would rather discourage those who like to make problems and you don’t get a little support from the manufacturer and often immediately anch release of the devices no to hardly any updates.
Pixel 9 per is a very good compact smartphone.
