Emigrate with money?
Hello,
I have a question regarding emigration and money.
Let's say I have €100,000 and want to emigrate outside the EU. So, I deregister in Germany, pack my belongings, and have €9,999.99 in my hand luggage… How do I get the remaining €90,000.01 to my destination?
The only logical explanation would be that I open a bank account in the destination beforehand and transfer the money from Germany, right?
I couldn't really transfer the money to my Paypal account and then debit it from my account at the destination 😀

You have already answered a possibility yourself. You open an account in your target country and transfer the money. This is probably also the most common method.
However, there is also the possibility to deposit money here by money service provider, e.g. WesternUnion, and to get cash in the target country and then deposit it there again or put it under pillows.

If these are already taxed private assets, then simply transfer them to the destination country
