Embarrassing or not?
Hey, to keep it short. I got β¬3.40 from my friend earlier, then went into Rewe and got myself a LΓΌttn and a Billig Energy drink. According to my friend, I got β¬3.40 from him, but at the checkout at Rewe I was supposed to pay β¬3.33. I gave him everything, and he told me I was missing 4 cents. When I said, "Put the Energy drink away," a woman (about my age) standing behind me said, "I'll give you the 4 cents." When she looked for the money, I thanked her for 3, but I think she was annoyed, which is why she didn't answer. After the 4th time, she told me to take the change. Then she just told the cashier to give it to me, because it was her money, after all, and I left…
In short, is it embarrassing that she gave me 4 cents for a small flask and an energy drink? I'd be interested in your opinion. Personally, I found it awkward. My friend laughed at me, and my mom said I was lucky.
If that were for important food, I would also say that would be luck, but with alc naya
If she offered it to you, it’s not embarrassing, nowadays we somehow find everything embarrassing. Even if she found you annoying then it’s just like you never see her again. It was nice that she gave you the 4cent:)
Yes, this is unfortunately true, and if you can’t handle so good in people it’s all the more unpleasant, but thanks for honest and strong words π
Oh, don’t worry about it.
Lastly, the beggar, who always goes to the Nerv in the city, to whom I never give anything at the Norma checkout in front of me, bought the cheapest beer& paid with loud cent pieces.
And then there were 8ct….. they looked at him how embarrassing he was. he said, “then I can’t take it.”
Cashier: I’m sorry, man
They put the money together.
And I (w, 51, I really can’t get the old Sagg off) thought if he wants his beer. so what, who am I to judge about it. Put 20ct down and say, it’s fine.
Sometimes you just want to help bite.
Whatever he buys.
Will say:
You don’t have to worry about it. She wanted this, everything smelled.
Thanks for the nice answer, sometimes think so, but if it happens to me personally, then it is unpleasant/peinlich
But your words are more like me Postiv π
If then, the frequent thank was unpleasant, because this is already unpleasant in combination with alc.
I don’t understand now, you should pay 3,33 and have given 3,40, why are there 4 cents left?
I’m still saying that the cashier has counted and I didn’t want to talk to him because I’m running in, and everything has to do with people trying to avoid or do it quickly
Sorry, I’m very sorry for you, but it would be embarrassing for me too
