Emails are not being received?
I'm currently having a problem where certain emails aren't being delivered. However, this only seems to happen when I enter my email address somewhere. Normal email communication with colleagues, etc., works fine, but when I have to enter my email address, for example, to sign up for a newsletter, set up an account, or something else, the emails I'm supposed to receive for confirmations, verification, etc., never arrive. This has happened to me five different times in the last few weeks, and I'm starting to get frustrated.
If it matters, I use T-Online and generally check my emails on Apple devices.
Such mails like to land at the spam folder.
I looked up several times, unfortunately they’re not there.
I don’t know the T-Online mail system, but recently, many mail providers have been trying to help the user by intelligently sorting in the mails. They don’t.
So if T-Online has sorted the missing mails by automated means into any heading/in any folder and this heading/folder is not displayed with you in your mail program, you will not be able to see the mails.
Log into your account via an internet browser and check it out.
Are the emails available when you log in to your email account via a browser?
No, they’re not there either.
I wouldn’t have guessed that.
Have you ever asked what this can be about when supporting your e-mail provider?
