Do you have a recommendation for an email pixel tracking provider? I would like to be notified when my emails have been read.
The reason for this is that my invoices are being paid late and I want to know if my customers are even reading their emails.

The only question is which provider I take. There are so many and I am interested in the experiences. Tracking goes so far that I could even check how often you opened the mail and which links you clicked on in my email.
