Email inbox full, what to do?

Hello,

I received someone's email and promised to send them an email. However, as soon as I send an email, I get an error message (see image).

that the other person's mailbox is full. What can I do to contact the person anyway?

The first message sounds more like the mail address is not valid. More precisely, the user on the server is not known. Look, if you’ve been tipping at the address.

PS: Now you have submitted a second screenshot, but it clearly shows that the recipient’s mailbox is full. Normally, in such a case, you will also get a bounce, i.e. a mail from the receiving server, where detailed information is contained in the mail heads. She might have landed at your spam folder.

May be if he/she has deleted the account by now.

Possibly even more accurate information about the error source.

I’m sorry, I don’t know.

That would be the content of the bounce message. The error messages from the mail program are sometimes misleading, so it could be a completely different cause that can be solved. But if you didn’t get a bounce, of course, it doesn’t have a purpose.

You can only hope that he will empty his mailbox. Otherwise, call those once you have his phone number.
