Where in the “Warteschlange” with whom? What do you mean?

Do you think you have written to anyone and got a (optionally automatic) answer that the email is in the queue and is being processed when it is on?

In the case:

Do you have any “rights” to ask the recipient of the email about anything from him?

And do you have a special situation that justifies your case to be prioritized higher than the emails of all the other people in the queue (e.g. in the company environment, where there are often definitions for what priority should have)?

If so, then you can ask for prioritization, specifying the reasons and referring to the relevant priority classification.
