If I understood you correctly, you changed your e-mail yourself or another one after you lost your internet connection?

If I have misunderstood you here, simply change your password and activate 2FA if this is possible for the respective account and you haven’t done it yet.

Perhaps this is a technical mistake. For security reasons, you can change your email password once; 2FA you should also use as mentioned if your provider allows this and you do not already.
