Email address entered incorrectly – what can I do?

Hello!

I recently purchased an e-ticket through Ticketmaster, but unfortunately, I entered the wrong email address when creating my customer account. I wrote "con" instead of "com" at the end. Does anyone know how I can get my e-ticket now or how to correct the error? I've already contacted customer service, but haven't received a response yet…
