Elterngeld/Elternzeit/Resturlaub?

Ich hoffe jmd kann mir etwas Klarheit schenken.

Mein Mann und ich möchten wie folgt alles aufteilen undwissen nicht ob es so machbar ist..

*LM Lebensmonat

*LJ Lebensjahr

Elternzeit: Mein Mann 1 + 2 LM

Elternzeit: ich 2 LJ

Elterngeld: Mein Mann 1+2 LM Basis Elterngeld

Elterngeld: ich 3-12 LM Basis Elterngeld

Im 2 Jahr der Elternzeit möchte ich 32Std arbeiten gehen, mein Gedanke ist,falls es Probleme mit der Bereuung gibt bin ich da flexibler.

Da mein Chef keiner Verlängerung zustimmen MUSS

Wäre das so möglich?

Außerdem habe ich einen Resturlaub wäre es machbar ihn im Anschluss des ersten Jahres der Elternzeit zu nehmen? Also könnte ich die Elternzeit theoretisch pausieren, meinen Resturlaub nehmen und weiter die 32 Std arbeiten in Elternzeit?

Ich weiß er verfällt nicht und könnte ihn am ende der Elternzeit nach den 2 Jahren nehmen aber es wäre toll ihn nach dem ersten Jahr zu nehmen und somit nicht sofort nach dem B day arbeiten zu müssen.

Wäre toll wenn sich nur Leute melden die WIRKLICH wissen was sie sagen… ich hab so viele falschaussagen erhalten..

Moin. Folgendes Problem, bei mir und meiner Freundin(W17) ist letztens das Kondom gerissen. Ich meinte sie soll unbedingt die Pille danach nehmen. Sie meinte jedoch, dass die sowieso nicht mehr wirkt, da sie ihren Eisprung schon hatte und demnächst ihre Tage bekommen sollte. So I could theoretically pause the parental leave, take my rest and continue working the 32 hours in parental leave?

You don’t have to pause. You work part-time after the end of the full-time parent age and take a normal holiday.

However, you must note that the AG may shorten the holiday entitlement by 1/12 for every month you were completely in parental leave. This, of course, does not relate to the rest of your holiday claim you have acquired before birth.

In the 2 year of parental leave I want to go to work 32h, my thought is,if there are problems with raising,I am more flexible.

32 hours are a lot. Do you have a good place to take care?
