Elster meckert bei Angaben zum Kindschaftsverhältnis, was kann ich tun?

ich bin alleinerziehender Vater und möchte im Elster bei Angaben zum Kindschaftsverhältnis Daten ausfüllen. Das Kind lebt dauerhaft bei mir und hat keinen Kontakt zur Mutter.
Wenn ich bei Kindschaftsverhältnis zur Ehefrau / Person B/Kindschaftsverhältnis: Leibliches Kind/Adoptivkind auswähle und keine Daten zu Kindschaftsverhältnis bestand vom – bis: eingebe, fängt Elster an zu meckern, das gleiche auch bei Kindschaftsverhältnis zu einer anderen Person, wenn ich keine Daten bei Dauer des Kindschaftsverhältnisses vom – bis eingebe.
Wenn ich aber: Der Wohnsitz oder gewöhnliche Aufenthalt des anderen Elternteils ist nicht zu ermitteln oder der Vater des Kindes ist amtlich nicht feststellbar auswähle, ist dann ruhe. Mir ist aber der Wohnsitz zur Mutter bekannt. Ich weiß also nicht was ich tun soll. Gibt es etwas was ich da beachten muss?

You enter from 1.1 to 31.12. and then the mother’s name and address. You have half a free allowance.

You should also give the child’s relationship to mother and not to wife.
Unfortunately, this does not work, then these following error messages always come:

However, if I enter the name of birth and religion with it, the calculation always states: for a child, the information on the childhood ratio is not plausible.
