Pflegedienst hilft mir nicht um Patienten zu suchen normal?

Ich habe mich als Gesellschafter in einem Betrieb beworben sie meinte mir Patienten muss ich selbst finden und hat mir sehr viele Flyer gegeben sie meinte ich kann bei meinem aktuellen Arbeitgeber bleiben und währenddessen parallel bei den Arbeiten und Patienten suchen ist das eigentlich erlaubt ?

Ich studiere Informatik im 3. Semester und interessiere mich für KI/Machine Learning. Ich will erfolgreich sein und arbeite sehr viel für etwas, wenn es mich interessiert/fasziniert. Allerdings ist momentan alles eher trocken und mit wenig Bezug zur Praxis, sodass ich momentan nicht so motiviert bin. Ist es realistisch, nebenbei irgendwas selbständiges zu machen und evtl….

yes I know and can skip the error to the date and then make the date wrong?
