How fast do you usually drive on country and federal roads?
I think it's okay to drive 10 to 15 km/h too fast when there's not much traffic, and there are speed camera apps and you only have to pay a fine in that area without getting points.

For 500 € with a lot of reach there is only n used e bike available,or 10 months bus ride,then stay even 10€ over
