1. Wait till you get better. It takes a little time. A walk in the fresh air can have a positive effect. Also remember to drink enough water and eat something if possible.

Two. For the future learn from it and not drink (so much).

Drink plenty of water, rest, sleep again.

Alcohol poisons the body, you have to recover. Depending on the type of alcohol, there are also fusible substances in the alcohol which make an additional misery feel.

Generally speaking, it is preferable to rarely enjoy high-quality alcohol in small quantities, meaninglessly with cheap fuss the lights tap out.

Your body will thank you. You’ll need a little longer every time to recover from it. In addition, you need more and more to have an effect when used. This reduces the distance from noise to life-threatening alcohol poisoning.

On the other hand, there is always enough distance between alcohol consumption so that the body cannot get used to it.

Google time after breakfast, always helps me tomato salad (salt, pepper, onions, vinegar and oil). Otherwise, pain pills help against the headache.

Pain tablets must additionally be degraded by the liver and, depending on the active ingredient (aspirin), also attack the stomach which is already attacked by the alcohol. That should be the exception, if at all. Paracetamol is even lebertoxic in combination with alcohol, please avoid.

Not at one time or if it is rare. Regular use of pain tablets is extremely dangerous and is brutally underestimated. The effect can even be paradoxical. In combination with alcohol, it is also primarily about not becoming a habit, the liver forgives for very long and much, but it has no nerve inside. Whether damage is already present can be determined in ultrasound, with blood tests, etc. But sometimes it has already happened too late and an irreparable damage has already occurred.

Where the border is in person, it is very difficult to judge, because the general change of life plays a role. How much sugar and fat you have in your daily diet, how much sports you do, how much other medicines you regularly take.

I was just about pointing out that the painkillers are an additional burden, although taking the feeling that it is better. The body is not better, it is worse, it is not felt.
