To an iceberg salad I would combine other salads/ vegetables to make a mixed salad. Only the iceberg salad alone is definitely too boring. There is something feta or mozzarella and bread.

Everything fits. Toast, feta, olives, antipasti, raw ham, roasted bread cubes, roasted mushrooms…

But also in wraps, döner, it tastes delicious.
