I believe that many customers have no respect for the work in EInzelhandel.

If I see how unfriendly customers can get the cashiers and say no request and thank you, then I would always like to tell the customer how disrespectful his behavior is.

The job is a bone job, maybe they have a bad day and are not so good on it.

Think that the apprenticeship also focuses on customer support.

But it also belongs to a friendly customer.

I didn’t want to do this job, I’d probably burn my mouth if I were treated so rudely.

They are already preparing customers for the “unserved discounter”.

There isn’t the personnel fault, but the customer of the ongoing Schindluder is driving,… I know an Aldi employee myself and that has at least 10 stupid sayings every day…

This has to do with schooling nix… If your master insults you 10 times a day, you don’t have any kind of openness schooling anymore
