I'm currently in 8th grade at a high school and need to find a one-day internship. I wanted to do it at a kindergarten. However, I've heard from many of my classmates that most companies only accept upper-level students or don't accept any internships at all, even for one day. Do you think it's worth it?

Hi, yes, it happens more often that companies prefer to take upper secondary students for an internship. However, I would try to find a kindergarten in your place, especially as it is a school internship. Have you ever thought about asking in the kindergarten where you used to go? There you might have a better chance and even meet old educators 🙂
