Add registered mail return receipt by hand?
Hello,
I have to send a letter by registered mail with return receipt.
As far as I know, in the address field you have to write "Registered Mail with Return Receipt" above the recipient.
My problem is that the letter was created on the computer and already signed, but without this note.
Can I write this by hand in the address field?
