Is it bad?

No, you just don’t have a delivery receipt.

…is it…?

Jupp.

…what happens?

If the recipient address and the franking is correct, the letter is delivered.

Registration must be signed by the recipient.

Writing by throw is signed by the postman.

Oh, you threw letters in the mailbox?

was the postage paid?

I always give it to the branch, but I pay the postage.

should not be a problem if it is paid.

At worst, the letter goes back to the sender.
