It happened all of a sudden, I couldn't answer any calls because it said WhatsApp needs access to the microphone but it always had access and when I want to save someone by name it says WhatsApp doesn't have access to my contacts even though it does have access, what can I do?

Are you sure it’s still justified? Many manufacturers like to reset app permissions automatically after some time to avoid unauthorized data collection.
If the permissions are still active, backup your chats and delete all app data. After that, you need to log in again and load your backup. When logged in, you should be asked for permissions from the system and can assign them to them again.
Problem solved was apparently the problem because I had no icloud store anymore because all my calendar entries were gone but now are numbers and calendar entries all good again
