Hi.

you need to know how much basic turnover you have, means how much Kcal your body consumes in normal condition and then you need to see how many Kcal du vllt additionally burn through zb Sport. You can only increase if you eat more Kcal than you burn. Since you are only 14 I would recommend you access only natural foods that are quite rich in calories and do not resort to any shakes.

I now fall on the quick things like cheese (of course not the light version), bread, salmon, cream, oil etc. On non-animal products otherwise, nuts, rice, noodles, potatoes, cooking bananas, corn, Kidney beans and chickpeas
