an email from expense friend?

After I had to transfer another €1.99 for a package tracking number that was supposedly illegible, I subsequently received a welcome letter from Expense Friend with login information. Now I'm unsure; have I fallen victim to scammers?

Should this be the following company:

https://expensefriend.com

Have I found some of this (translated by Safari):

Although it doesn’t look like the sites operated by Austin Sphere Ltd. and Clubhouse Solution Kft are direct scams, it seems that they are helping users to sign up for their budget planning software subscription service, under the guise to win a free price by paying € 1.99 for a trial version. The fact that there are a number of portals operated by the same companies to provide exactly the same service is extremely suspicious. In addition, the names of websites may not always appear in credit card billing, which unconscious subscribers unnecessarily confused.

These sites are a prime example of the fact that the failure to read the small print can ultimately be expensive. To get a free price, you must specify your credit card details. These details are then used to register for a “Test” for € 1.99, which will automatically be a monthly subscription of €48.75 after 3 days.

If you are not alert enough to cancel the subscription on the second or third day of the 3-day test phase, you can end up losing at least €48.75 for a subscription that you will probably never use.

I also have these problems with ExpenseFriend . I have unfortunately not thoroughly checked my credit card billing and every month 39.45 euros were debited. The debits always under other company names, 123bill.net SDOnlinePay etc. I canceled the alleged subscription and left credit card locked and returned. Unfortunately, the deadlines are 8 weeks retroactive. I’ll be able to forget my money.

Hello people so vie about Austin Sphere the scams company

I turned on 16 February on a bike then she came to have won a tray, I was happy to win for the first time, then I still had to pay for Porto 1.99 euros. Then they just pulled me off my credit card once 52.35 and then 39.26 euros. Unfortunately, I noticed it after the two deductions, I locked Austin Sphere, they’re still trying to cancel it 2 times from my credit card. I was also with the police you can make an ad, but it doesn’t use because this company has its headquarters in Cyprus. My advice fits

Hello Jaegerbraut910, the same thing happened to me. I expect a package, and the sender said it was on the picture. So I followed the instructions. How did you get out?

Sounds like that, yeah.
If there is no common parcel delivery service (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes) then was pretty safe. Also if you don’t expect a package.

I’d ask the police what to do, but you’ll probably stay on the money.
