Any idea what could be wrong with the car?

So I have a clattering noise on the rear wheel at low speeds, or rather I only hear it at low speeds.

I just put summer tires on it, but since the steel rims were hard to remove, I kicked them until the wheel came off. Since then, I've had this noise coming from the wheel. If I drive with the handbrake on, the noise goes away. Could it be the brakes? Should I investigate?

You should go to the ground. Take off the bike again and look for loose parts. All right, this state is not.
