Another martial arts school because training is late?

Well… I usually train from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
As you might have guessed, it's simply too late. The beginners' course, on the other hand, starts a little earlier, but I can't go there if the instructor himself tells me I won't learn anything there.
I also don't get home until around 10:20 p.m. and fall asleep later, because I have to shower, eat, and do other things like a normal person. Then I don't fall asleep until around 11:30 p.m. to midnight.

This kind of thing just messes up my sleep rhythm when I have to wake up at 6:30 to go to school. I also have exams, etc., which is why I need my sleep.

What do you think? Should I go to a different gym that starts earlier, or try a different martial art that starts earlier?

Well, there are little solutions.

a) to optimize a bit, already at 5 a.m. dinner, which you can do after training “must do” before workout and then hurry up with showers so that you can quickly get to bed. (I keep for the best approach.)

b) for good workout bite the teeth together.

c) Change the club to a club with better matching training times. But instead, you are realistically mirrored: You won’t find any adult trainings that start before 7:00. Before that you have only child training. Because people in the job/training often can’t do it at all.

But seriously asked: Where are not children’s groups that started before 7:00?
