A PC fan sometimes starts late?

Hello,

I built a PC almost a year ago and everything is working fine.

However, when I first started it up, there was a cable in the fan, and it wouldn't turn on (I panicked). I simply restarted it and it worked, but now the fan is always delayed in starting if the PC hasn't been turned on for a few days or has been unplugged, and it's getting annoying.

Is there a solution for this, like disconnecting the fan cable and then reconnecting it and starting it, or is there nothing you can do about the delay?

if it’s only 1 to 2 seconds it’s normal if you can drive up the pc it can be that he needs a little time after how good he is until he really has moved up everything and the fans are just later than zb the graphics card just when the pc was not on for a longer time or was completely separated from the power

Let me guess: The fan is temperature controlled for at least Noise development. So where is your problem?! The heat sink can compensate for a few seconds.
