A 24-year-old wants to meet me?

So a few weeks ago, I was on a Discord server and I met someone there. We chatted a bit, and that was it. At some point, we started saying hello and goodbye every now and then, and not really talking. The problem is that I'm 13 and he's 24 (we're both male), and he randomly asked if we wanted to meet up. I'm sure any normal person his age would have realized pretty quickly that it sounds really weird for a 24-year-old to want to meet up with a 13-year-old, but he has jaundice, which is why he doesn't understand everything so quickly. I've told him a few times that I think it's inappropriate for me to meet up with him. He probably doesn't mean anything bad. He even suggested that my parents be there, but I find that pretty uncomfortable. I don't know how to convince him to leave me alone.
