Meine Eltern sagen NEIN
ich bin 13 und leide an selbstverletzendem Verhalten, und schlimmen selbstmordgedanken. Ich habe meinen Eltern gesagt das ich Hilfe brauche aber sie sagen ich darf nicht..

Also…. Oben genannte Schultoiletten, werden bei uns etwas andersweitig benutzt als bei manchen anderen öffentlichen Einrichtungen… Wenn man einen guten Tag erwischt, betritt man bloß einen Rave und wird evtl. in einen moshpit gezwungen… Erwischt man allerdings einen schlechten Tag, wird man von einem von der Decke fallenden Nutella-Brot erwischt oder man bemerkt, dass sich…
Erzählt mal die gruseligsten Geschichten die ihr jemals gehört habt ich werde die auch von 1-10 bewerten und “Danke” komentieren also das Herz da wenn eure bzw deine Geschichte mir Angst machte lets go das ist nh Challenge zeigt was ihr so habt
Wie würdet ihr damit umgehen, wenn ihr eure Mutter beim Sex mit einem anderem Mann erwischt hättet ? ( Ich bin 19 und finde es schon ekelig und schockierend, weil ich sowas nicht sehen will. Außerdem es stört mich irgendwie auch, dass sie es in unserem haus machen wo ich und meine schwester leben.)

If you dare, you can talk to teachers about it. A few years ago I had a “phase” in which I was very bad and I got hurt, etc. As much as you are. This is a long story but to keep it short, I had a very bad attitude at the time because of my psyche and quite honestly, the only thing that helped me out there was God. It’s in your decision whether you want to believe or not, I can only give you the tip to try to tell God what’s missing and what sucks in your life etc. And I can assure you 100% that God loves you, whether you believe or not, and he will help you if you ask for it!

You can call in the next clinic, talk to your instructor at school or call the rescue service in case of emergency.

Talk to the trust teacher at your school, use chat or telephone care, or contact the youth office.
They can’t deny you. You can contact the pastoral care of your teachers or consultancy offices of the Caritas or the Diakonie.
You can address this to the pediatrician and win him as a supporter.
You still find help. If your parents don’t understand you, you have to make them understand that this is a serious thing. Some helpers can help you.
