Wenn man ein eigenes Feld besitzt das lang genug ist, könnte man das Feld als ein privaten Flugplatz für sein eigenes Flugzeug benutzen (zb. Cessna 152, Piper cub etc)?

Ich hab Angst von Europa aus nach Amerika zu fliegen weil es ja viel weiter entfernt ist und ich Angst habe, dass der Pilot beispielsweise ein Fehler macht und wir dann nie dort ankommen findet ihr die Angst ist berechtigt und wie oft passiert so etwas? Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir meine Angst nehmen würde…
Wer muss sich alles als UAS-Betreiber registrieren lassen? Nur der Besitzer der Drohne oder auch alle Piloten die damit fliegen? Falls sich alle Piloten registrieren müssen, welche Betreibernummer wird dann auf dem UAS angebracht? Vielen Dank schon mal im Voraus
Not in the sense of “simple”. There is a duty to fly aerodromes in Germany, i.e. it is necessary to use aerodromes and must not simply use any suitable areas.
However, if various legal requirements are met, it is possible to identify a private area as a flight space. Then you should fly from there.
If the legal requirements (-approvals, minimum distances, etc. pp.) and the technical requirements (- extinguishing paths or means and possible auxiliary personnel etc.) are met, then basically already.
